Refund Policy
YinZhiBoo Refund & ReturnPolicy
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase of Hiknight products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, please review the following Return and Refund Policy.
Note: This policy applies only to the original consumer who purchased the product from an authorized YinZhiBoo reseller.
If you are not the original purchaser (e.g., a second-hand user), or if you have modified the product or replaced its components yourself, you are not eligible for a return or refund under this policy.
Cancellation Policy:
A:Before shiping:
1:You can cancel your order if it hasn’t left our warehouse, get in touch with our customer service mike@yinzhiboobike.com for an order cancellation.
B:After Shippment:
1:$230 shipping fee will be deducted per e-bike
2:Unauthorized refusal or interception of a shipment will be treated as a delivered order, and applicable fees will be charged accordingly.
Return Policy (Non-Quality Issues)
1:Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of placing the order.
2:Returns must be made using the original packaging and include all accessories (battery, charger, keys, tools, etc.).
3:Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
4:Return requests must be authorized via mike@yinzhiboobike.com before being processed.
5:Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the inspection is completed.
Return Shipping Costs (Non-Quality Issues)
E-bike:The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs ($200–$300) and a 50% restocking fee.
Battery:The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs ($50–$100)
1:Return shipping costs are borne by the customer and are non-refundable.
2:If the customer returns the item independently, YinZ assumes no responsibility for any loss and may charge a restocking fee of up to 20%.
Exchange Policy (No unboxing)
1:Same model, different color: $200 per unit
2:Different model: $200 per unit + price difference
3:Over 30 days: no exchanges accepted.

Quality Issues After 30 Days
Returns are not accepted after 30 days, but:
- Partial refund possible
- Free replacement parts
- Please provide defect videos/photos to mike@yinzhiboobike.com
If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, local repair is recommended. Compensation is available under these conditions:
- One free replacement per part only
- Official digital/printed invoice required (handwritten not accepted)
