Warranty Region

This applies exclusively to electric bicycles purchased within the United States via www.yinzhiboobike.com. If the bicycle was purchased from a source other than the official Happyrun website, please contact the original retailer for after-sales service. All YinZhiBoo bicycle owners are welcome to contact the YinZhiBoo Customer Service Team for troubleshooting assistance throughout the lifetime of their bicycle.

To avoid any misunderstanding, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.

Warranty Start

YinZhiBoo provides a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for its products, effective from the date of original purchase delivery, provided that the products are used in accordance with the usage guidelines published by YinZhiBoo.

The battery is designed to retain approximately 75% of its original capacity for up to 300 charge cycles, or whichever condition is met first. Damage caused by water ingress or improper handling is not covered under warranty.

We provide warranty coverage for other accessories should they cease to function.

Claims Process

Warranty Claims

All warranty claims must be initiated through YinZhiBoo and submitted to mike@yinzhiboobike.com. When submitting a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase as well as photos or videos of the damaged product. Prior to filing a warranty claim, it is recommended that you first contact YinZhiBoo at mike@yinzhiboobike.com, as some issues can often be resolved through simple troubleshooting steps without the need to submit a formal claim. Valid warranty claims must be submitted within one year from the date of original purchase and will be processed by YinZhiBoo.

YinZhiBoo will not replace any parts until photos or videos of the damaged product have been reviewed. Customers are required to provide this evidence via email.

Note: YinZhiBoo will provide warranty parts or replacement parts free of charge; however, YinZhiBoo assumes no responsibility for any installation costs unless explicitly authorized by our after-sales support team.

Credit Card Chargebacks

If a credit card chargeback occurs regarding any electric bicycle order while you remain in possession of the electric bicycle, this Limited Warranty shall be void until the chargeback issue is resolved.

Shipping Damage:

Damage to components covered under warranty that occurs during transit is not covered by this Limited Warranty; however, YinZhiBoo will replace such damaged warranty components for you under the following conditions:

*   You notify YinZhiBoo within five (5) days of receiving the e-bike that warranty components were damaged during shipment;
*   You provide YinZhiBoo with dated photographs of the damaged components; and
*   You note any immediately visible damage on the carrier's Bill of Lading prior to signing for the delivery.

Claims for shipping damage are highly time-sensitive; therefore, you must inspect the e-bike for any damage immediately upon receipt.

If you choose to arrange your own shipping method (e.g., by using a freight forwarder or similar service), YinZhiBoo will not replace any warranty components damaged during such transport.
