Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped from our warehouses in the United States and Canada depends on your location. We offer FREE shipping on all qualified orders. Please refer to the table below for the countries we ship to and the estimate shipping time.

TRACK YOUR ORDER:
- When your order is shipped out from our warehouse,we will send an email to the email address you left when placing order, with your tracking information.
- If you don't receive this email, OR you have any questions about shipping, please contact us at mike@yinzhiboobike.com.
Address Change:
Please submit any requests for address changes within 60 minutes of placing your order. Click here to submit an address change request, and we will process it for you free of charge.
If more than 60 minutes have passed since you placed your order, you may still submit an address change request on a priority basis by clicking here. If the change is successful, no fees will be charged; however, if the change is unsuccessful, your order may have already been shipped. In this event, you may refuse delivery of the package; please note, however, that a $250 restocking fee will be charged for adult electric bicycles.
(We will notify you via email regardless of whether the address change is successful.)
Signatures Required:
Given the high value of our adult electric bicycles, we provide a shipping service that requires an adult signature upon delivery. This service incurs a fee of $8 per bike; however, this cost is covered by YinZhiBoo, so customers are not required to pay it. The signature requirement ensures that the carrier obtains a signature prior to delivery, preventing the package from being left unattended. If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the package, FedEx may attempt redelivery, which could result in additional charges.
Lost Items
If you have not yet received your electric bicycle or accessories, but the shipping status indicates that the delivery has been completed, please contact us within 5 business days. We will be unable to address this issue after 5 business days have elapsed; in such cases, you will need to contact the carrier directly to resolve the matter.
In rare instances, shipping may experience slight delays. If you have not received your order within 20 business days, please feel free to contact us at mike@yinzhiboobike.com. To ensure that we can assist you effectively, please provide your order number and any other relevant information when contacting us.
Note: We are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged as a result of the actions or negligence of FedEx or other courier services.
